Japanese telecommunications firm SoftBank Corp. has launched PrimeMeeting, a new cloud video conferencing service, which will utilise Polycom RealPresence Clariti infrastructure software.
SoftBank’s new ‘PrimeMeeting’ service will strengthen the company’s offerings to customers looking for a flexible video collaboration solution that is simple to purchase and implement.
The service will enable users to access Polycom’s high definition collaboration experience as a cloud-based service from anywhere using any device, including video and mobile endpoints. In addition, it will support seamless integration for users of Microsoft Skype for Business and traditional video conferencing systems.

SoftBank’s new service is built on Polycom RealPresence Clariti, a simple, powerful, and cloud-ready collaboration infrastructure software with support for the broadest selection of collaboration ecosystems, together with the company’s own White Cloud ASPIRE, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
